Our
training course prepares you for the NCSF-CPT giving you plenty of time to absorb your content with no mistakes. It provides
hands on training with real clients, training practical application while in the
classroom.
Becoming a trainer requires dedication, patience and listening skills in
addition to the physical knowledge needed in order to motivate your client in a
safe and controlled environment.
Exercise Prescription is essential for young adults. Functional fitness for older adults, children and youth are a "Special Population" therefore, specific recommendations for physical activity should be viewed carefully.
Our 6
week course (32 hour model equivalent to a 3 credit hour college training course)
utilizes the National Council on Strength and Fitness curriculum and is taught by
qualified instructors.
Classroom Instruction & Materials
Content Areas: Anatomy, Biomechanics, Exercise Physiology, Fitness Assessments
(body composition, strength/endurance testing, cardiorespiratory and
flexibility testing) Exercise Prescription, Nutrition Management, training Special Populations and
learning about Injury Prevention.

GUIDE, ONE YEAR NCSF MEMBERSHIP AND NCSF-CPT EXAM REGISTRATION
