 Our training course prepares you for the NCSF-CPT giving you plenty of time to absorb your content with no mistakes. It provides hands on training with real clients, training practical application while in the classroom.
Becoming a trainer requires dedication, patience and listening skills in addition to the physical knowledge needed in order to motivate your client in a safe and controlled environment.

Exercise Prescription is essential for young adults. Functional fitness for older adults, children and youth are a "Special Population" therefore, specific recommendations for physical activity should be viewed carefully.

Our 6 week course (32 hour model equivalent to a 3 credit hour college training course) utilizes the National Council on Strength and Fitness curriculum and is taught by qualified instructors.

Classroom Instruction & Materials
Content Areas: Anatomy, Biomechanics, Exercise Physiology, Fitness Assessments (body composition, strength/endurance testing, cardiorespiratory and flexibility testing) Exercise Prescription, Nutrition Management, training Special Populations and learning about Injury Prevention.

COURSE FEES INCLUDE CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION, TEXTBOOK, STUDY GUIDE, REFERENCE GUIDE, ONE YEAR NCSF MEMBERSHIP AND NCSF-CPT EXAM REGISTRATION
