Yoga Stretch: Time: 12:00-1:00 PM, Monday & Wednesday, 6:15-7:30 PM, Monday & Wednesday nights. This class can increase joint range of motion, flexibility and muscular strength and endurance (toning). Relieve anxiety or depression, improve concentration, memory, and overall total quality of life. Instructor: Xiao Hong Chen with over 25 years of teaching dance, aerobics and yoga in China. No equipment needed. Bring Yoga mat if preferred; however, training floor is matted.
