Corporate Health and Fitness Packages
A Step Above Personal Training Concepts will customize packages for your team: If you are looking for ways to improve employee performance, decrease absenteeism and lower health cost this program might be for you. Companies can book a four to six week program one, two or three times a week with a qualified personal trainer on site, to motivate and facilitate your employee’s needs. Packages can be set up for personalized Boot Camps, Weight Lifting, and/or training workshops on Mental Preparedness and Safety Awareness in the workplace.
For example, a "Workplace Fitness" program was developed by Ms. Covert for garment factory workers in SW Virginia. This program helped to decrease injuries, reduce absenteeism, improve employee concentration as well as boosting their over all morale at work over a 12 week period.
