"GET FIT FAST"
Lose weight, increase muscle strength & endurance, and flexibility: This package
includes all assessments (body fat testing, girth measurements, strength and endurance
testing, oxygen consumption testing (VO2 Max), needed for the client with specific needs and goals. Training recommendation 1 hour session, 3 times per week, for 6 weeks.
"SYNERGY"
Designed for partners who share the same motivational energy and fitness goals. These low
cost sessions are great for people looking to get in shape fast, stay motivated, and have fun while
they train. This package includes estimated body fat and girth assessment, strength and
endurance testing and blood pressure check. Minimum training recommendations, 1 hour session, 1, 2 or 3 times per week,
for 6 weeks. Ask about this discount package.
"FLEX 4 LIFE"
This specifically targets individuals who are dealing with medical disabilities
(Fibromyalgia, Lupus, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, sciatic nerve and lower back problems) which
limit the joints range of motion. This package teaches clients therapeutic flexibility techniques to
relieve their acute or chronic pain, increasing flexibility, range of motion, improves posture and
reduces stress and anxiety. Minimum training recommendation, 30 minute
session, 2 or 3 times per week, for 6 weeks.
"POWER TRAIN"
An advanced class designed for the “already fit individual”, who exercises at least 3 times a week on a regular
basis. This is a high intensity program focusing on the principle of overload” and performance
components such as power, speed, balance, coordination and agility. Individuals need to come
mentally prepared, hydrated, and ready to challenge themselves. Minimum training
recommendation 30 minute session, 2 or 3 times per week, for 6 weeks.
"SPORT(s) 4 LIFE"
Increase sports performance with athletes of all ages. Learning specificity training
techniques; the mental aspects of sports, and a variety of exercises to increase the core and
enhance performance components such as agility, balance, coordination, power and speed. Reach an optimal fitness level that best fits the individual. Assessments included are muscular strength and endurance testing.
Minimum training recommendation 1 hour session, 2 times per week, for 6 weeks.

Make losing weight fun for children and youth, using creative games and strategies, one-on-one,
while teaching the importance of being active and eating right. Minimum training recommendation

Fight against ARTHRITIS & OSTEOPOROSIS, improve BALANCE, prevent falls and
improve one's overall CONFIDENCE in their ability to move their body, using everyday concepts in
order to live a happier and more independent functional lifestyle. Minimum training
recommendation 30 minute session, 2 or 3 times per week, for 6 weeks.
